New Wild Atlantic Collection, Ocean Art by Mary O’Donnell

Wild Atlantic Cockles & Mussels and sand on an ink painted beach scene.

These unique Art pieces are individually created, comprising of varnished cockles and mussels and Atlantic beach sand with an ink beach painting.  This beautiful natural collection has been hand collected by the artist on the Wild Atlantic Way on the West Coast of Ireland.  They come framed with quality mounts and Irish made solid timber box frames.  The frames come in a limed white finish.

The Artist’s goal is to highlight the beauty of our marine life and all it’s diversity & our Need to Protect our beautiful Oceans and Marine Life for Future Generations to enjoy.

The Wild Atlantic Collection corals & seashells have been hand collected by the artist from the Irish Wild Atlantic Way in Cork, Clare and Galway.  They have been washed, dried and varnished in studio.  This unique range includes; periwinkles, cockles, cowries, whelks, angers, sunrise tellins, limpets, corals and sea urchin shells.

Please note: The sea shells, Sea Urchin Shells, Corals and background paintings vary in size, shape and colour due to the nature of the materials and mixed media paintings.  Each piece is unique and hand painted in Mary’s studios in Youghal Co. Cork and on the Wild Atlantic Way in Co.Clare.
